Great range of sustainable teak. Very helpful to deal with and reasonably priced considering it is teak. Remember to always ring first to ensure you don’t make a futile trip.
I was disappointed with the level of customer service. I went in to ask for some teak to fix my duck board on my boat. Justified Its a small order for them, however the lady at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. We found a bit of wood that would work and they would not even cut it for me, despite having all the equipment to do a cut that would take 20 seconds. The price for an off cut was insanely high as well. It’s disappointing to get this level of service with such an amazing boating facility.
Great family run business. very busy with heaps of stock. They were very helpful and pushed my order through quickly. A plesure to do business with.
I can't speak to the quality of the work. However, the poor customer service and lack of welcoming feel was noted on enquiring. I am as a result unlikely to consider this business for future needs.
