I used this law firm for my dv case back in 2023 and they did amazing. I would have continued with them for my divorce if I had the funds.

The intake guy, name unrecalled, contacted me in the evening to gather information about the legal separation I am seeking. He was terrible! He asked very inappropriate questions such as how was I able to pay off my house, where did I get the money, where did I keep my money, why did I give my spouse a lump sum of money and what is he going to do with it? We hired her as our initial attorney, paid everything in full in regards to a child custody/relocation case. We were told our case would not go in our favor if we continued and that relocation cases are difficult, didn’t know why we were trying in the first place etc etc. We are happy to report that, after firing Melanie, we successfully won our case that was supposed to be “impossible to win”, and living together as a happy family out of state. I do not recommend this attorney for any family law cases.
