I fully recommend Mary. It was my first time receiving a massage from her and I definitely feel more relaxed than I ever have in the last few months. Definitely worth it to find a day for relaxation from her and her massages.

I have terrible tension build up from chronic anxiety. I was referred to Mary at Ancient Ways by my mother, who loves her for therapy for complications from radiation. I have had countless massages in my life, but I must say this has been hands down the best. I have seen her two times now, and each time I have left feeling like a new person.
