I had such a great experience with Dr. Tamra! I tried fire cupping and acupuncture for the first time, and I’m so glad I finally did. As a personal trainer, I was especially impressed by how quickly she could identify the areas that needed the most attention. Dr. Tamra especially. Kindest woman I've ever met. Can read you like a hawk and tell exactly how to help. Listens to you when you need it. Goes above and beyond!!! Free fire cupping/ e-stim with every acupuncture visit. Reasonable expectations on cancelations (not strict about them). $150 out of pocket, but most insurances cover your visit. Also practices herbal medicine and gives great advice. She really is a blessing!

I go for acupuncture for me back and she has really helped me with the pain and stiffness. She is so lovely and listens to what you need to help find the best solutions for you! I come back every week or every other!

Dr. Tamra is amazing! Kind, passionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I saw her for acupuncture treatments leading up to my labor induction (scheduled for tomorrow 7/13) and feel very open minded and far less anxious than I could’ve ever expected. I had never had acupuncture before and she explained everything to me and made me feel so relaxed. Not to mention the space is so cute and welcoming. I plan to go see her for cupping postpartum for my back and shoulders!
