worst salon experience! – Do not go here. I had pretty blonde hair and came out of this place with orange roots. I could have driven to cvs and picked up some color for $10 if I wanted it orange. Her name is Susan and she didn't know what she was doing. I was there from 10:30-5:00 no joke. She charged me $100 for just a root retouch!! She told me around $70 a few days before when I had a consultation and that was for high-lite and low-lite. I just moved here from houston and I will never go back to this awful place. Great Experience – Being new to the area makes it difficult to find a good salon, but Ancient Oaks was a lucky guess. The atmosphere is that of an old Southern Beauty Parlor, and the staff is great. I am more than satisifed with my new look.
