I've had a number of massage sessions for various yardwork, sporting, or general pains I've had with Allie and would absolutely recommend her! They've helped me work through some longer term tension I have and also just relax and destress.
I was in need of relief from back & leg pain. I was treated by Jamie through acupuncture, osteopathy and exercise instruction. I found this combination extremely helpful and healing.
