I have searched for a permanent makeup artist in port orchard. I have found that many people do not obtain there actual licenses. So beware because the owner of this establishment is not licensed since Nov 2024!! It shows you can book for permanent makeup. Anyways if she doesn't have a licenses she also not properly insured. Had such an awesome experience today! Perrin did amazing with my facial, she was attentive, considerate and so sweet! I also had my brows done, and let me tell you, I have never had someone pay so much attention to detail, I was hesitation at first because I have been with the same person for so long, but I may have just found my new local go-to.
