I saw Dr. Jake Meyer today for knee and hamstring pain and he was fantastic! I felt like he really listened to me and validated my concerns. He did dry needling and shockwave therapy and gave me exercises to do at home as well. I can tell Dr. Jake Meyer is very passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his patients! Very professional organization & relaxing atmosphere. Feel as though Anchor is more tailored to individual needs than most studios. Jules is exceptional as an instructor. She knows the body & her clients. She “meets them where they’re at,” making adjustments as needed, yet she knows when to encourage them to do more. Her cues are excellent. Easy to follow - very supportive - never intimidating. Jules motivates me to do more Highly recommend!
