very professional & thorough showed me additional exercises to help with my strength & balance
Both Dr. Sarah and Larisa were knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with. Both showed deep expertise in dealing with my problem, and made me feel relaxed.
very professional, explained everything in detail . What exercises I needed , how to do them & purpose of each exercise. Also , sent me a video showing each exercise along with a timer for each exercise, I believe this will definitely help me to improve my physical related problems.
Not happy with them service after I went for one session and I tried to go back I get very sick and went to the hospital when I called to reschedulemy appointments, they charge me a full amount of the session for $188 very unprofessional they doesn’t care about the customer They just care about collecting money the reception employee Tara never explained to me if you cancel you will get charged. Dr. Calo is fantastic. She has been very helpful in understanding the causes of my shoulder, hip, and foot issues. Physical therapy has been a very collaborative experience here. Personally I find having explanations of the anatomy helpful. Since voicing this interest in a more detailed explanation of the 'why', Dr. Calo has been explaining things in more depth. This has been great for my motivation in completing the exercises at home. Also, the dry needling she's done has been very helpful for short term relief.
