STAY AWAY! Unfortunately, our experience with this trolley company for our wedding on February 7th was extremely disappointing and added unnecessary stress to what should have been one of the best days of our lives. Communication leading up to the wedding was already difficult, as it was nearly impossible to get confirmations or timely responses from the company until the last minute. I would not recommend Anchor Trolley to anyone. Steer clear. Unreliable. Imposible to get in touch with. Unprofessional. My wife and I had Anchor Trolley transport guests to and from our wedding on Amelia Island in the beginning of May and it turned into an absolute disaster. We arranged and paid for 3 trolleys (2x 32 persons and 1x 40 persons) to show up and pick up guests from our hotels and bring them to our hotel, and then to pick them up once the wedding ended and return to the hotel. Julie was a FANTASTIC tour guide and John was impressive as he navigated the busy Saturday streets! She is a native islander and had an amazing amount of knowledge to share...in an entertaining and funny way. I would highly recommend this 90-minute tour with them on the trolley. It's not a hop-on/hop-off, but she points out lots of eateries and shopping locations.
Wow…so much historical information! Learned so many new facts. This tour was informative and well-paced.
