This was among the best tours we have done. It was highly informative and entertaining. Julie was our guide and she knew her material very well and delivered it with great energy and humor. Highly recommend.
You should consider taking this GREAT TOUR as soon as you get to Amelia Island... Or after you put your junk in your room... We had Leslie or Sally the RED HEADED EX SCHOOL TEACHER she's local from here. She was a wealth of local info and she could turn a phrase...get her tour...and tip her well...I gave her $20.
Julie was fabulous and the tour was so interesting! So much history in this little town.
I booked online for the 1:30 historic tour today for my husband and I. I was a little leery as another tour operator in the area had told me the day before that the trolley company had been having issues and weren't that reliable anymore. I was pleased to see the trolley there when we arrived at the meeting spot today plus 4 other people waiting.
