Since my mother moved into Silk Court in Jan '25, I have been very happy with the standard of care provided to her. The place is clean and tidy, spacious and warm. The staff communicate well and let me know if there are any concerns. Mum had two (brief) A&E admissions, which they instigated as per their policies. My Mum seems to have settled in well and this is so important to me for peace of mind.
