This is absolutely not a fake review. I originally gave a bad review because the expiration date of the license was cut off on the "top" of the stamp, however I had not tried to use the stamp. So, I went back and used the pre inked stamp on a piece of paper and the date was intact and on the stamp. I sincerely apologize. I should have tried it out first. The stamp is perfect and high quality. Thank you.

The customer service is very caring and honest. I had a issue when I created my notary stamps and seals. I had spelled my name and number incorrectly. I am so thankful Tom had helped me with fixing this issue before any of my stuff ships. They are a huge life savor and I couldn't be more thankful for there help.
Tom and his team were beyond helpful! I accidentally messed up a detail on my stamp and the staff noticed and took the initiative and fixed the mistake on my behalf after a thorough review. Most companies would have just processed the order and continued on. Very happy with my experience over all!
