The customer service is very caring and honest. I had a issue when I created my notary stamps and seals. I had spelled my name and number incorrectly. I am so thankful Tom had helped me with fixing this issue before any of my stuff ships. They are a huge life savor and I couldn't be more thankful for there help.
Tom and his team were beyond helpful! I accidentally messed up a detail on my stamp and the staff noticed and took the initiative and fixed the mistake on my behalf after a thorough review. Most companies would have just processed the order and continued on. Very happy with my experience over all!
