Absolutely incompetent. We purchased an $11,000 Traulsen fridge through Anchor Restaurant supply. The fridge was to be installed on a yacht and the sales rep, Keith was made aware of our tight time frame to have the fridge delivered before the vessel left florida for the Bahamas. When the due date for the fridge arrival came Keith informed us that the fridge would now be arriving 2 weeks later than promised. I bought 2 items and returned them 2 days later and the gentleman at the couter says that I cannot return them.There is a sign to the left of the counter that says there is a 10% restocking fee for returned items that I pointed out. He said the sign was right in front of me at the front counter. I said you mean the sign that says no returns on PPE items? I bought a glass vinegar container and Pourers for bottles.
