I have had 4 mortgages prior to Anchor and this by far was the best. Heather is very professional and attention to detail was great. With a VA mortgage certificate I would highly recommend Heather to Military and Retired military personnel.I went there with all my documents, we worked with the underwriter. Only 7 days and we had a closing date.
Heather is a great mortgage lender. I have sent many clients to her and she has always done a great job. She takes very good care of her clients and they often go back and use her again. I would highly recommend her and her company.
Went through Heather Damer for My VA Loan when I was buying at Fort Campbell. Very professional but very friendly. Easy to understand the process as she explained it to me. Very pleased with her. Closed early. USAA was telling me 40-45 days to close. Heather was able to close in 20 days. Could not be happier.
