Over the last 3 months I have spent about 6 hours visiting a friend in Mill View. As a retired GP I am impressed by the consistent kindness and care shown by staff, and by the cleanliness, the good food, and the efforts to allow residents to express their preferences.

I went to visit Mill View with my brother from moment we walk through the door,from the staff and the surroundings it was beautiful, welcoming and felt like home, my mum would be really happy there .

Our mum Nancy moved to Mill View in December 2022 and settled in well. Her room was just down the corridor from her only remaining sibling. She was looked after so wonderfully by all the Mill View team and we are so grateful to them. Sadly Nancy died recently and I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and care given to Mum and to us her family. I rang Mill View for support whilst suffering carer burn out. The management were brilliant, they listened carefully and reassured me. I visited the next day and was really impressed. All staff members were very friendly and engaged with smiling residents.

Mill view is a lovely clean and caring place. I have visited on a couple of occasions and all the staff are welcoming and very attentive.
