The environment at Mayflower court care home is warm and welcoming not just for the residents, but for the staff as well. Teamwork is a real strength; we support each other daily to make sure residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Management is approachable and responsive, and there’s a strong emphasis on training and professional development, which has helped me grow both personally and in my role.

This care home provides excellent care, a welcoming atmosphere, and dedicated staff, while also acknowledging the home's efforts to meet individual needs and provide a comfortable environment. The teamwork between staff is really good. The manager is really supportive.

My auntie has been at the home for several years but since the new management team have been in place things really have changed for the better. There are more carers on duty meaning my aunt doesn’t wait for care. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. No complaints about the food, there’s always plenty and the snack trolleys are wonderful. Have no hesitation in recommending Mayflower Court

Such a welcoming and lovely home. Staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough when I visited. Areas around the home were bright and homely. Residents all seemed happy and content here. Loveley home and lovely staff.
