Posting a review as normally I haven’t been all that impressed with the staff in the past but today I was served by the most helpful and knowledgeable Vicki. She knew exactly what I needed, gave me the attention and advice, as a customer would expect. Compared to past experiences, I can only hope all the staff are good as her from now on, Vicki is the benchmark for great service.
I needed some rope for the Pacer dinghy and always helpful
