Nice and lovely home I work in Anchor Home however I went to training yesterday for Emergency First Aid, the hospitality care was lovely and I believe all Anchor Home are standard all thanks to all the different bodies involved right from the head to toe good team work and all departments are important.

Thank you for all the love and care given to our Mum "Mary Mitchell" in the 3 years she spent with you at Lightbowne Hall. Thank you also for the love and support given to ourselves whilst Mum received palliative care in the comfort of her own bedroom. Mum passed away in peace and her dignity was maintained through out the last days of her life. I visited my Dad yesterday as I usually do twice a week. There was a comedy christmas show going on all the residents were in lounge laughing clapping shaking pom pom. Singing along it was a lovey experience to see them all enjoying themselves such a lovely atmosphere really got me in christmas spirit. Well done lightbowne Hall

We cannot praise Lightbowne Hall highly enough. They gave the utmost care to my ailing father in his final weeks. He was looked after with love and dignity. Other care homes could learn a lot from the lovely staff at Lightbowne Hall.
