This will be a long review, but very well deserved. We chose Kirkley Lodge for my nana in 2020 when she needed 24/7 care. With it being in the middle of Covid-times, we couldn't visit her. Staff at Kirkley facilitated video calls and, when allowed, safe, socially-distanced visits. Meanwhile, they couldn't have taken better care or showed more kindness to our nana in our place while we couldn't visit. Once we were allowed to visit, we got to know the staff really well. A lovely friendly home - staff go over and above to make sure the residents are happy and safe. The large lounge in the home is a great hub for residents to get together and spend time with families (prior to Covid)... Great care team who treat all the residents like they are their own family. Highly recommended.
