Management lacks compassion, empathy and communication with residence family. We paid for 4weeks respite privately for my mom. As a family management did not once contact the family whilst my mom was on respite at Kerria Court, It was in the last week of the stay that we was told by the deputy they could not meet her needs but they tolerated having my mother. Ground staff saves this care facility

Hi i worked at this care home back in 2012 still 2014 it is a good place to work at.Good staff and the managerment.

I Worked at this care home for 3 years, amazing staff! Also management pushed me towards my goals! Thank you all for everything!

I worked at this care home for my work placement. I would have enjoyed it actually considering that i like to help people and am interested in field of dementia, however there was this one woman, who made my time here absolutely dreadful. I used to dread waking up to come here and it honestly felt like a chore. I was trying my best; setting out the dining area, cleaning up after them, feeding them, serving food, doing activities with residents such as bingo or puzzles, and talking to them, but she'd always have a snide remar... read more
