Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He has quickly followed up with me whenever I have had questions.
Recently our elderly mom needed to have her hearing aids replaced. At 98 years old, this was not going to be an easy feat. However, after contacting Anchor Hearing we found them so helpful in making this a positive experience. From sourcing the best hearing aids for her and coming right to her room in Complex Care to fit them they showed so much patience, kindness and professionalism. A second home visit was made to tweak them a week later. I can't thank both Mike and Sam enough. I highly recommend Anchor Hearing!
Had the greatest experience with Sam, she was very thoughtful, resourceful and patient with my hearing needs! Couldn't be happier with my purchase, they are close by and very accommodating, much better than driving off the coast which we did previously!
