They're a bloody disgrace to the profession. My granny was in this home for years and had to be moved out by the social due to the lack of care she was receiving. An investigation was opened up by the CQC, the police and the social because she died not long after being moved out. I wouldnt trust them looking after my pets never another human. Place needs shutting down asap for the good of the community

Don't put your loved one here if they require border line nursing care as the are ill equipped to cope as we found out unfortunately. Check they follow care plans because we found out to late this wasn't the case in my mother in laws care

My partner stayed here for a week respite care 23rd to 30th October. I was very pleased with the admin/care staff and the home itself. All of his visitors said that he was being really well looked after and that the staff were brilliant. Many thanks to all. Hilary

Some of staff in Halcyon need training in terms of knowledge and provision for care and positive attitude towards visitors. Some of them are rude and lack of basic understanding of halcyon's policies.

Halcyon Court has an amazing team of staff. So caring and friendly, it's like one big happy family, nothing is too much trouble. Just what we wanted for Dad. So impressed with the decorative changes being made to the home too, keeping the theme in line with the age of the residents with a modern twist. Well done Laura and team. So very gratefull to you all for putting restrictions in place so quickly and effectively keeping everyone safe, through COVID-19, including Dad. THANK YOU ALL
