During January 2019, I contracted with Nasim Siddiqi of Anchor Finance Group, LLC, to provide $3,000,000, payable in 11 monthly installments, for project funding to my company. In consideration for obtaining this funding, I wired Anchor the contractually due advance fee of $180,000, plus $4,500 in administrative costs. To date, Anchor has not paid any monies whatsoever to my company. During April 2019, I contracted with Nasim Siddiqi of Anchor Finance Group, LLC, to provide $1,000,000, payable in 10 monthly instalments, for project funding to my company. I wired Anchor the contractually due advance fee of $88250.00, plus $5,400 in administrative costs. To date, Anchor has not paid any monies whatsoever to my company. My appointed attorney of law currently pursue Anchor Finance Group LLC and Mr Nasim Siddiqi in legal system of State New York.
