If this place could get 0 stars it would paycheck bounce no pay stubs available for staff to see their hours. Pay checks do NOT come for direct deposit when they are supposed to. Will be turning them in to BBB and DWD terrible!!!!!

Sharing from a former employee's perspective here..paychecks bounce. You dont get paystubs. Resident's rights are violated with cameras in illegal places. There is a state statue against cameras even with signed consent. Management was made aware but does not care, would rather spy on the staff and listen in on conversations. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unorganized, bugs in the kitchen, lazy staffing due to bosses family being employed. Hours may vary depending on how well you're liked, everything is set up for first shift to not work at all besides maybe a very minute med pass. They don't even pay you on time. Terrible.

Anchor Community is such a lovely place.The work environment is supportive and the staff is incredibly dedicated. I feel valued and appreciated for the care they have provided to my love one. The commitment to patient well-being is evident in the quality of care I'm very thankful for the care you have given and continue to give to my love one.Once again thank you …..If I had to choose a place to work this would be my choice but I’m going to enjoy my retirement .

Very nice nursing home. Staff actually cares about their residents. Carpeting in rooms. Food is home cooked. Staff is outstanding. My uncle loves the staff. The hospice staff is great! Thank you for the excellent care you provide everyday!
