Over 4 weeks of needing docs - providing requested docs - paying my accountant to produce newly requested docs - Get this. Loan denied because I have not lived in FL more than 2 years - wife born and lived in FL whole life. Simply said to me “owner of the bank just doesn’t want to do it”.
