My grandmother was in brackenfield Hall for a number of years and passed away a few months ago Anyone wanting a care home this is one of the best in the area. The management and staff go out of their way to please everyone nothing is ever to much .I will miss everyone there and all the laughs we had and the family gatherings .keep having your party nights keep making our loved one smile .
My auntie was in brackenfield a couple of months ago for respite, she settled very quickly and was very happy as were we. The home is very clean and all the staff are caring and very helpful, in the future when my aunt needs 24hr care brackenfield will be our first choice.
I can highly recommend this care home and anyone that is looking for care for their loved one there is no better home than this one .I have seen how dedicated the whole staff are from the battles with Covid to recovery to the people living there .They always came first the people that live there .It is not just the whole staff that make that home it’s also the company.My wife worked there until I lost her suddenly and the support I received from Anchor as a company was second to none they didn’t have to do that but they did ... read more

Myself and my sister visited Brackenfield Hall whilst looking for a care home for Mum and were very impressed by the staff and the friendly, family atmosphere at the home. Mum really enjoyed her time there and was always busy doing some sort of activity, there was even a video of her singing on the Karaoke. The staff are so friendly and helpful and treat everyone with absolute dignity whilst retaining a family atmosphere.
