As a family we are very happy with the care our mum has been receiving at Ashcroft. She's clean, safe and well cared for. We feel lucky to have mum in the Ashcroft family, long may this continue. Thank you to all the staff who are always so friendly, approachable and good humoured.

Our mum,Elizabeth has been diagnosed with variable dementia,she’s been through a lot in the last 4 years,with the lock downs etc, a lot of her friends and family have also passed away, but unfortunately she doesn’t even understand or realise, the friendly staff at Ashcroft however welcomed her with open arms, the are friendly,welcoming and always approachable, my mum does have her own mobile, she knows how to answer it,but she doesn’t know how to call us,she had 3 numbers in there, mine, my brothers & step dads,but to be hon... read more

My mummy recently passed away at Ashcroft, We cannot praise the quality of care, friendliness of the staff enough. So patient, professional,love and dedication to detail. During the last 10 days of mums life the amazing staff were not only so caring gentle to mum but were my security blanket too as I was with mum alone as family member. Thank you so much to you all, with extra special thanks to, Louise, Katrina, Karen, Toni and sweet Megan. May God Bless you All Diane Hughes

I have had 2 of my elderly relatives at this care home. The care we got was wonderful. My aunty Kath was 93 when she died and kept saying "this hotel is so nice and the staff are wonderful!!!". My daughter works in a nursing home and she know how hard staff work.....washing clothes is a difficult task especially if they not marked. I tend to think that you need to have done the job yourself before making rude and nasty comments. Keep up the good work all Ashcroft staff xxx
