Gina was great with my daughter, but has been inconsistent and unprofessional. I was very understanding when a personal issue caused a last minute rescheduling, but then she also cancelled that rescheduled session at the last minute, and only when I texted her to confirm. This week, we went to her office for our session and no one was there. This was two days ago and I have still not heard from her. I hope she is okay, truly. I'm beyond satisfied with the therapy my daughter receives. Gina takes the the time to assess my daughter's feelings and emotions at every session in order to provide the best learning experience possible. She not only teaches my daughter but teaches me how to help my daughter with her therapy needs at home. I highly recommend Anchor and Arrow Therapy and Wellness. We've gone to other occupational therapists and haven't had much success. I've seen more growth in my daughter since we've been going here.
