Excellent service from a professional staff. All calls and email inquiries are promptly returned and answered. The workbook is taxpayer friendly to understand and complete. I’ve been doing business with Anchor for 2 years now. Jim is very professional and knowledgeable. His staff is very nice and helpful. Jim always responds to my random questions year round and in a timely manner. He has always seemed to have our best interest at heart and advises me likewise. I enjoy the simplicity of filing taxes with Anchor and plan to continue as his client as long as his doors are open!
Absolutely AWFUL!! Made a very costly error on my taxes! I do not recommend this business! Sad but it's the truth!
Go somewhere else my opinion. Jim F. Took my $750.00 and after over a year of no help on my issues, told me he couldn’t help me and would not give my money back. I’m a Senior Citizen and need my money, not someone lie and scam me. Beware and Run run run as fast as you can away.
Just got a great refund from Jim and the team that I didn't expect. Busy day for him - but he took care of me. Couldn't be more happy with the quality of service.
I've been with Jim for a number of years - and couldn't be happier with the services he's provided. We screwed up some of the information on our real estate purchase years before we started using him - and he was able to re-file and save us a TON of money we'd missed. His business has grown tremendously in the last 2 years - but he's always stayed personal and accessible.
Jim has done a great job on my taxes for many years. He takes his time to cover all of my concerns. He fixed problems that my prior accountant did wrong. He is a pro and his staff is awesome. He always gets back to me in a timely manor.
Mr. Flauas has may tax paper work for 27 days . Has no ideal when he can get to them. Now for five days will not pick up the phone , return a call , or e-mail . Do not use
