They had speedy service in filing my amended taxes. I get that they can't control how long the IRS takes in reviewing and approving. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service team at Anchor. I have had to do all my own calling and updates with the IRS. Anytime I have reached out for help, I have been treated very rudely. I was promised many things that were never followed thru and miscommunicated. I finally got my money 16 months after filing.
