Overall the process was pretty simple. I was hesitant at first upon reading reviews online and having to sign a bunch of forms and send them in. Although I feel like it was a bit overcharged (quite a bit), without them I wouldn't have received anything period so I am super appreciative. You have to have patience and all you have to do is contact them and they will keep you updated!

Excellent service
SCAM!!!!. Stay away from them. They answered a few questions I had about a tax credit which I was not eligible for. They have been harassing me ever since saying I owe them $600 when I received no services from them.
