I went in for a full-body massage after twisting my back during the holiday. The Massage therapist was welcoming, supportive, and very respectful throughout the session. They regularly checked that the pressure was comfortable and not painful, adjusting carefully to suit my needs. Massage therapist was polite, friendly, and understanding of my request to focus on proper massage techniques for my back. Very relaxing!
I'm very disappointed about this place. Just now, staff broke Australian Consumer Law. A Thai massage was advertised on a small blue brochure at reception for $80 for 60 minutes. I paid in cash in full beforehand. Then in a private room, I got ready and unchanged for massage. Then a staff member said the price was higher ($90). I informed her she had to legally provide the service at the price that was advertised. She refused. I did receive a refund, however. Now, the business has a bad review.
