I had the pleasure of working with Ancestral Well practitioners Karen and Kent. I found it to be very helpful as far as bringing more awareness to my state and moving energy in a positive direction. Knowing that both of them were sending intentional healing my way every day gave me the feeling of being supported and held.
The Healing at the Well experience was supportive, compassionate, and thought provoking for me. Beautiful harp music, peaceful meditation and short dharma talk all fit comfortably into a brief, sustainable time space in my evening. I recommend it.
