Doctors are wonderful.. unfortunately the reception desk for Dr Trinh are 1) brusque 2) not at all friendly 3) very dismissive! Charm school is required !
Front staff need to learn how to answer a phone. Waiting on hold for 15+ minutes every time you call is unacceptable, Especially when they tell you messages will not be replied to and only leave one to cancel an appointment. Five stars to Dr. Trihn, who is absolutely amazing. If you need a good sports medicine doctor, he is the one you should Be seeing.
Dr Trinh and the technical staff are great. The front desk does not know how to answer a phone. On hold for over 30min. Had to drive into the clinic to make an appointment…
Dr Trinh was great, Acupuncturist Michael was great. Front staff rude, talks DOWN to you as if you are a total idiot. Smiling is not in their contract
