The owners and staff are caring, personable, and kind. My mother is getting excellent attention and care. The owners respond to our questions promptly and always keep us informed. This has given us peace of mind that our loved one is in good hands. ❤️
I can relax knowing that my mother is being taken care of by kind and competent people. She's very happy with her room and the care she receives. She's been there for several years, and is still happy, which says volumes.
I give 5 stars to the ANC group home in Surprise, AZ. First and most important of all, the owners and caregivers are caring, kind and trustworthy people. The home is clean and safe. My husband has been there for a year and a half. He is in excellent hands. The food is pleasantly served and looks and smells delicious. I have heard no complaints, just compliments to the chef. Absolutely fantastic. My dad has lived at ANC for a couple years and he is in excellent hands. The staff is caring and my dad really likes them, as do I. The owners take pride in running a great facility. It was a tough year being separated from my dad at times. Knowing he was being taken well care of was such a relief.
