Pathetic excuse of a company. No answers or solutions to customer queries. Time management non-existent. Tracking details are false and misleading. Avoid this company at all costs.

Would score 0 stars if there was an option. Organised delivery for fridge on 26th Jan, later called to reschedule due to certain delivery days in my area. Delivery arrived on 28th but was deemed too hard to deliver as the stairs and corners of my house are tight. Gave option to take around the back so it’s straight through but they just said no it’s not possible. Said they will keep the fridge and schedule more hands to help with delivery. There seems to be internal communication issues with this company. The booking system doesn't actually work, with times selected and confirmed by SMS not actually being booked internally. The customer call team is offshore, which isn't always an issue, however, this team seems to think that lying to solve problems and put the blame back on the customer is acceptable.
