Horrible company, no responsible of scheduling your delivery and helpless customer service.
Would score 0 stars if there was an option. Organised delivery for fridge on 26th Jan, later called to reschedule due to certain delivery days in my area. Delivery arrived on 28th but was deemed too hard to deliver as the stairs and corners of my house are tight. Gave option to take around the back so it’s straight through but they just said no it’s not possible. Said they will keep the fridge and schedule more hands to help with delivery.
