Worst bank ever, I have had two accounts there and tried to move both of them. The run around I got was so unprofessional it was ridiculous. I started the process to move our Health Savings account over a month ago. Every time I contact them it's a different form needed or oops, we didn't need that form but now we want to mail it and need an address. Then, oh you need to verify this even though forms have been completed and signed in person as they requested. Please..The people are untrained and the most unprofessional.
I had to close some accounts because of a move. I needed some information from those accounts but since they were closed, could not retrieve the information from their online portal. Devon took care of it and sent me what I needed. Thank you Devon!
Nelly is the best the whole staff is amazingly friendly and hard working I highly recommend banking here.
These people in this bank are great they’re really super friendly they will get stuff done for you quickly they were always helpful, they always treat you and welcome you like family. I have personally been banking with them for five years.
Horrible coustomer service will not be back they should rethink staffing this place or just close this branch all together wish i could give it a negitive star rating
