This bank appears to have poor security with private information and they did not give me a good answer to my inquiry. I would not trust this bank with any personal information due to the fact of their poor cyber security.

I have banked at this location since 1997. While management and personnel have changed, I still have free personal and business checking accounts here, and free notary services. The tellers and managers are still friendly, and do their best. I appreciate that. Yes, I too miss Dennis & Ruth, but I am still very happy with the service that these folks provide on a daily basis...both inside and in the drive through lines. Oh how my ANB Branch has fallen. This branch use to be the best branch of ANB Bank in the Kansas City Area, but now it is has been transformed and taken over by the tellers and bankers who have no customer service skills and who have forgotten who signs their checks. Well the people who are the customers sign your checks and the customers are the reason this branch exists. The reason ANB was so successful in the KC area is because it went above and beyond in customer service than the other 1,000 banks and Big Banks in the KC... read more
