People within the branch were fairly helpful but their "fraud dept." # on back of ATM were an absolute joke. I went into 2 UMB locations on 3 separate occasions & was given the runaround each time. First branch I visited called the customer service # for me & said that by looking at their system in branch that there didn't appear to be a hold on my account but when I walked out of the branch to use their on-site ATM it said funds weren't available & to contact my financial institution?
