Instead of writing a negative review for another bank that I'm forced to go to for the business I manage, I decided to, instead, focus on the positive and write a review for ANB Bank, the bank I choose to bank with and used to bank with for previous owners of same company. 1) ANB has efficient drive up windows with plenty of tellers to help you. The staff at ANB Bank in Laramie has been wonderful throughout the years I've banked there. Each and every person working there has been welcoming, helpful, professional, and when needed gone beyond what I would consider exceptional customer service. I appreciate you, Laramie ANB!
Closes your account because you don't have the money to put it in after somebody burns down your house treat you like complete and total garbage would not recommend this bank
ANB is always accommodating and friendly when it comes to our personal and business needs. Rene and the fellow ANB staff is always super helpful!
Terrible bank. They routinely freeze payments and deposits leading to late fees. Staff is uppity and never treated me with respect when I used this bank. Stay far away; use a credit union instead.
