The customer service is absolutely the BEST. We own 3 business and they works so hard to make sure we always get what we need. They look out for us everyday to make sure our accounts are always protected. Jayme who works at the Fort Collins branch goes above and beyond. If I have a need, she drops everything and gets it taken care of for me. ANB is a GREAT Banks! Thank you for all you do to help us run our business efficiently and safely.
Horrible customer service. Talked to 3 different people explained to them that I was stuck out of town and I needed my account number. First girl, told me she couldn't help me but I could start an online account and get my number there. Well, YOU HAVE TO HAVE your account number to even start an online account. Second guy, had me verify all my information and was just about to give me my number and then said he had to transfer me to "Customer service" so it was on a "recorded line". I have had great customer service at this branch, and always have had a positive experience. They do an excellent job!
Not a customer yet but the guys at ft Collins location helped me and were above and beyond anything I would have expected thank u very much
I've used the online portal at ANB bank for conducting business at my company. We needed to reconcile some accounts and the transaction ledgers at ANB were very helpful, as they show all of the transaction history in a laid out fashion and can easily be exported to Excel. The Multi-Factor authentication works quickly as well, which is a nice addition to the platform.
