Her service is amazing, I like the fact that you need two forms of ID in order to do your taxes, so no fraud is committed, she speaks Spanish and understands English. Parking is hard to find at times, but trust me if you want reliable this lady is the one.
worst tax service ever!! dirdy, small and no parking lots for customers. i paid them $50 but they took another $135 from my bank for e-file fast deposit fee without any mention. and it wanst that fast. it took 1 month to got my return back. dont go here. there is hidden fee without any notice.
WORST PLACE. DON'T GO.. SCREWED UP TAXES KNOWINGLY, THAN WANTED TO CHARGE US AGAIN TO FIX THEM. ONTOP OF TRYING TO THROW OUT A BUNCH OF FAKE RULES AND LAWS TO COVER HERSELF UP JUST SO SHE COULD JUSTIFY CHARGING US ALL OVER AGAIN. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.
