Made a substantial 2k order they charged my credit card twice by accidentally which cost me $60 in bank fees (twice). And when I asked if I could get any compensation for their mistake costing me $60 I got absolutely no response. They did not care at all. Poor customer service. I would never do that to any of my customers. Jewellery is nice but a little overpriced.
