I’ve visited this Turkish store several times hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, the customer service has been disappointing every time. The staff don’t seem welcoming or willing to communicate, especially with customers who don’t speak Turkish. We live in a diverse community where English should be the common language, yet it’s very difficult to get help or even a polite response in English. You don't have to be from Turkey to come here. That's what I thought. I came here and the service wasn't pleasant, not to mention the high prices. I think even those who come here (Turkey) only come here for special things! Because everything is way over the top and beyond the realistic and reasonable price. Maybe I'll have a better experience another time.Â
