For over 9 years Anand has shared my yoga journey. Anand’s gentle approach is relaxing and restorative. He is a kind and caring professional with many areas of expertise. As we are moving from the area I will be looking to find somewhere to continue my yoga classes, and I hope I can find another Anand. I have also attended for Massage and Acupuncture which have been very effective. Namaste

Yoga is a remedial therapy! I came to class on Monday with severe back pain due to repetitive movements at work. After class I didn't feel immediate relief, but after a good night's sleep I woke up today with 90 percent improvement. Of course I had to go back to work today and do it all again! Yes, my back is sore, but only a little bit come to the day before! In a nutshell, if I wouldn't do Yoga, I would be a mess and not be able to do the work I am doing! Thanks Anand for guidance
