I have come to know Mr. Brandon Anand due to some personal litigation issues where he was designated Referee. While he always made it clear that he was neutral and couldn't give legal advice. I have come to appreciate him so much, as I am a layperson he was very patient with me and took the time to explain in terms I could understand more clearly. My family and I really appreciate and thank you so much.

We hired Brandon to handle our lease for an office space/showroom. Given that this was a huge commitment on a 5 year lease, we wanted the peace of mind of knowing what we were getting into even if the landlord didn’t agree to change the terms.
