Prepare to love cycling even more if James works on your bike! He took my Surly Crosscheck and made top-to-bottom changes using his expertise in bike fitting and components to transform it from a racing position to a set-up much better adapted to VT gravel riding. He took such care with measurements and parts and adjustments to get it just right for me and I feel the difference. The shop is so cool and James is so approachable - it’s the dream bike shop experience all around from selection to service. Highly recommend!
I made an order expecting that they actually had it in inventory, and I expected it to ship as they state on their website from 24 to 36hrs. They did not have the item. The only reason I found out is, because I contacted them. They do not keep a proper inventory on their website. Contact them before you make an order. Would not recommend.
Such a special bike shop. Incredible selection of handpicked parts and accessories. Above all, really kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff!
I would 100% recommend Tanglefoot bikes. I have a Hardtack that I just rode across the country and I didn't have a single mechanical issue, not even a flat tire! Super quality bikes and awesome people. Thank you!
The Tanglefoot Hardtack is one of those bikes that does what it's supposed to so well that it makes you question your other bikes. I stopped in Analog just satisfy my curiosity about what I had seen/read on the interwebs about their bikes and components. I didn't want to buy another bike. But after taking the Hardtack out for one ride, it haunted me so much I bought it and wound up selling some other bikes.
