Anali has been instrumental in my healing. I was really struggling to let go and find peace in different aspects of my mind and body where I held decades of trauma. Anali really knows what she is doing and she was able to assist me in moving through some of the hardest parts I had left to heal. Anali is a safe space and holds no judgment. I appreciate Anali and the work she does. She’s truly amazing.
I have completed 4 sessions with Anali now and what a difference to my behaviors. I have struggled with being over weight since I had children in late 1980's. I had a great experience with Anali. She's kind and intelligent and helped me work through some issues. While shedding some of the past, I also came away with new insights to help move forward. I highly recommend Anali with anything you may be going through.
Anali is not performing hypnotherapy. She is basically offering counselling. In the initial call no where was it ever discussed that there would be no hypnotherapy and just counselling. It was discussed many times what I was looking for and was made to sign a contract and pay in full. I have never attended hypnotherapy so believed everything she said. I have really enjoyed my session with Anali. She is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. She’s helped me through some major challenges in my life. I always look forward to our time together!
