Literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. I hate to give a small business one star, but my experience was so bad that I wish I could give 0 star. The massage itself was just not good at all. I don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews…Jamila suggested I work on upper body only despite I had 90 minutes. Thought it was odd but decided to trust her recommendation. My birthday gift was a massage with Jamila. Best gift ever!! Jamila intuitively suggested that I needed hip work and concentrated on that tight, sore area to get some facia relief. A week later I’m walking easier, in and out of the car without pain - so much better!!! Looking forward to my next massage ~ Thank you Jamila for your thoughtful, professional care!

I made a couple appointments with Jamila to deal with some shoulder and neck pain, and had a wonderful experience. She asked questions about what I wanted, and had really helpful recommendations for how best to address my shoulder pain. She was attentive and checked in throughout. The whole experience was so relaxing and both times I walked out feeling a million times better than when I walked in.

My first appointment with Jamila was so nice that I booked another one for the next day. She is very attentive and determined to address the root causes of my pain rather than just provide temporary relief. I haven't been able to roll my shoulders comfortably in months, but after those two sessions, that's gone! I can't wait to see how future sessions can help me even more.

Jamila is such a talented and beautiful soul. She was direct and right on point with how to help me. She talked about more than just short term relief, she talked about getting to the issue, and formulating a plan that is reasonable and informative. I appreciate that, and I feel much better! I would recommend. (Well I guess y'all knew that already 😉)
