Staff is really sweet and helpful. When I got my cpap and while on medicaid. Not any more. Just had the worst phone call with Kim. How you spoke over me was so rude. You wouldn't let me speak! You called me a liar. I wasn't lying and the way you spoke to me on the phone today was horrible! I use my cpap regularly. I wasn't disputing money, just words i was told on the phone by your office. I'm not a liar lady, I pay my bills. I'm a working poor older woman wanting some information. Shame on you.

Kim and JD we very helpful and explained so much to me. Anytime I have a question I just call and Kim makes time for me. I just got a cpap so I’m new to all of this and she’s be oh so helpful helping me navigate to find the right mask (on #3 now) but she has always been so nice and patient. I 100% recommend them. I don’t even live in anaconda but the environment and friendly staff made the choice to go there for all my cpap needs totally worth it!!
