If you enjoy being disrespected by agents, neglected by the support staff, abused and ignored by staff then please move in. If you enjoy having no heating in the winter, lack of quality service at every contact and no water to shower often times then please be my guest. If you are ready to be abused over the phone and then blocked on WhatsApp because you need hot water please move in. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Very very very worst property management company I have ever seen. 0% maintenance in the property. every month there was lift, hot water & heating issues. They delayed to pay my security deposit for 6 months
Hi This is not as bad as few of the reviewers below. I certainly see they are trying to do the best for the tenants - yes there are room for improvement however the property is in the heart place of Croydon and you get access to almost everything. I have been living here for nearly 1 year and have had no major issues with them. Budget property with basic amenities during this difficult time of inflation - I recommend them if your requirement is above
How come all the good reviews came the same month. This is certainly a scam. Once in awhile they will come in here to review for themselves. Pls stay miles away from this criminals.
It's quite a blunder to call this conglomeration a company because they're just gang of scams. I was shown a flat, I submitted my references and paid a deposit. They promised me firmly that the flat is now fully reserved for me and I went ahead to pay the full deposit and rent after few days and 3 hours after of payment I received a call that the house has been rented to someone else.
