Wonderful workshop with a fabulous teacher. Learned so much & cannot wait to use this process.
I just returned from a two day Cuerda Seca class with Ana. I have watched Ana for several years and was excited to get the opportunity to meet her and take one of her classes. I will definitely go back for other classes. Ana has a wonderful personality for teaching and is very kind and giving. There were 6 of us in the class and we all agreed it would not be our first and last. We all left with 6 pieces and several with more. Meeting Ana was all that and more. A truly wonderful experience.
Working with and learning from Ana was an amazing experience. The setting was absolutely beautiful. Her gardening talent is everywhere, and some of her beautiful works are right there in her garden. She is a patient and empathetic teacher and was willing to share tips and tricks to help us succeed. I would highly recommend any of her workshops. Can’t wait for the altering/sculpting workshop Ana. Please put me on the list Ana! Thank you so much for your hospitality and teaching!

I searched for a very long time to find an instructor to teach me the art of Cuerda Seca tile work….. when I found Ana Leal I was trilled that she was only a days drive from me and was offering a two day hands on workshop . Our original workshop had to be postponed due to a hurricane ….. Ana was very easy to work with our rescheduling ….and the two days were more than I ever hoped for …..
